Brian Barry Wines began in 1977, with the establishment of the un irrigated Juds Hill vineyard on Spring Farm Road, Clare, South Australia.

The vision of Brian Barry Wines is simply, to provide pleasure and enjoyment for wine lovers, by making the absolute finest quality, highly aromatic, red and white wines.

Available for purchase is the high altitude, unirrigated, cool climate range of Juds Hill Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Riesling.

While Brian Barry Wines does not offer a cellar door sale experience, Wineforsale.com.au will enable you to purchase Brian Barry Wines, at times of the year when they become available (rare and boutique volume).

The wines are made by Brian Barry OAM and his son Jud Barry, at the state of the art contract winery, Kirrihill, in the Clare Valley.

Brian Barry OAM has achieved amazing success in his 65 year winemaking career, including Australia's most prestigious red wine trophy, the Jimmy Watson at Royal Melbourne, and Australia's most prestigious white wine trophy, The Albert Chan Memorial at Royal Sydney.

Brian has won in excess of 4000 awards, earning his wines both international acclaim, and Iconic Industry Benchmark status. At 81 years old in 2008, his passion for excellence in wine continues.
