Description

Rich, chewy tannins indicate a wine of great cellaring potential. A little closed on the palate, again dark chocolate and raisin fruit dominate with a touch of boysenberry. The French oak is integrated and balanced, showing as soft char on the finish.

This wine is a true indulgence for us; made from only the best fruit from our high altitude, dry grown Penwortham vineyard then allowed 24 months in the best oak before bottling. Unfiltered to preserve maximum flavour intensity.
