The Dilly Dally 2006 Merlot is an elegant take on Merlot, with an emphasis on structure and texture.  It’s an understated wine for grown-ups with an ethereal perfume of redcurrants, blackcurrant leaf and roses. The ripe, round tannins frame the palate and the Clare Merlot component helps add depth, richness and texture.
