Description

This wine is pale straw yellow in colour, with green hues. It is intensely aromatic, with a fi rm base of citrus, notably freshly squeezed lime and pink grapefruit. The palate shows an abundance of varietal citrus characters and the underlying complexity of cardamom, star anise and lychee, supported by a sharp backbone of acidity. A wine that is made for immediate consumption, with the ability to develop gracefully for aged Riesling lovers.
Delicious with a wide variety of foods, including seafood, chicken and summer salads.
