Description

Very limited skin contact has enabled just enough colour and flavour from the skins to come through resulting in an intensely perfumed wine redolent of dark cherries, blueberries and ripe plum fruits.
The wine retains some of its natural grape sugars after fermentation that are harmoniously balanced and complemented by its cleansing acidity.
Perfect with a range of fine foods or enjoyed simply on its own.
