WINEMAKER'S TASTING NOTES
In the glass the wine is reminiscent of pale straw with tinges of green; a
gentle swirl reveals aromas of lime, lemon and blossom on the nose.
The palate will reward those with a penchant for an elegant and refined
Riesling; on the palate lime juice and lemon zest are complemented by
mineral and slate characters. As is expected of this style, the finish is
crisp and fresh with great length of flavour.
