About this Cellar

Lawson Wines is a boutique wine company producing wines from the world-renowned Barossa and Clare Valleys, regions that are well known for the production of high quality fruit driven Shiraz and crisp long-lived Rieslings.

The vineyards are hand selected and must demonstrate the attributes I require to produce the fruit for the Lawson Wines labels. My philosophy is to allow the fruit to express itself in the end wine with minimal intervention.
