Description

We were confident that the red wines would be big and intense, but didn't expect much from the whites. How wrong we were! Both our Riesling and Semillon Sauvignon Blanc are sensational wines.
The Semillon Sauvignon Blanc shows intense tropical fruit characters combined with luscious gooseberry highlights and musky undertones. Partial barrel fermentation, the blending of 10% Sauvignon Blanc and crisp acidity gives lift to this complex and well balanced wine.
This wine will benefit from bottle aging with more dimension developing in the medium term. Try with anything from light seafood to medium bodied chicken dishes.
