Description
2008 will be a benchmark season for Watervale. Pale straw in colour with a slight green tinge, this wine displays great purity of lime, lemon with hints of musk and fennel. The palate is fine, yet intensely limey and long with a clean, crisp naturally acidic finish and balance.
