This is a small 100-150 case cellar-door-only production of our very best barrels of shiraz. It is a powerful, dense wine blended from the Barossa and Clare. It was matured for 2o months in new French oak. It’s rich and soft with exceptional length. There’s a powerful concentration of fruit and dark chocolate. A must with rare beef fillet. 20-25 years cellaring potential
