The purchase of products via this website is subject to these terms of sale. By purchasing products you agree to be bound by these terms.  Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order with www.wineforsale.com.au.

These terms may be amended without notice and you should regularly check these terms so that you are aware of any amendments.

By completing the order process and using the www.wineforsale.com.au website you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by these terms.

All orders are processed and distributed by Sevenhill Hotel ABN 62 880299 037 located at Main North Road, Sevenhill, South Australia 5453 (Licence No. 50104804).

Purchase

Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to place orders for alcohol.  By continuing with an order/placing an order you warrant that you are 18 years of age or over. 

Purchase of products is currently only available in Australia.  You may purchase products via this website using: VISA, Mastercard

Security of Transaction

This website protects your personal information using a 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate. This server software creates an encrypted link between our web server and your web browser to ensure that all data transmitted remains private and secure. When finalising your transaction you will recognize the "golden padlock" which appears in your browser window to indicate that you are viewing a secure web page.

Other than as expressly provided in these terms, all orders are final.  Any changes to or cancellation of an order will be entirely at our discretion.  You cannot cancel or change a purchase online once made and you will need to contact us on 08 88 421150.

We will only refund the purchase price where a product is found to be faulty (or you are otherwise legally entitled to a refund). Returned products must be unused and in the condition as sold (with the original receipt).  Please contact us on 08 88 421150 to make arrangements for returns.

Where you purchase a product and it is out of stock or not otherwise available, we will notify you that the product is out of stock and advise the expected delay.  In such circumstances we will refund the purchase price on request or if the product is not otherwise available.

Promotions and Special Offers

All specials, promotions, offers and discounted items advertised on the www.wineforsale.com.au website are available only while stocks last, unless otherwise stated.

All prices are subject to change at any time prior to purchase.

Delivery

Delivery of products is currently only available in Australia. 

You must pay the following delivery charges in addition to the purchase price:

Standard delivery fees to anywhere within Australia are made up:

$6.00 base

$1.00 per bottle

Extra fees may be charged for optional special packaging and are offered and disclosed at the point of sale.

Delivery may take up to 7 working days If you have not received a product after this time, please contact us on 08 88 421150.

Risk and Title

Risk and title in the products passes to you upon delivery of the products to the delivery address you provide to us.

If at any time you are not satisfied with the quality of the products you have purchased you may call us on 08 88 421150 and we will assess your request for a credit or refund of the purchase price.

We collect, use and disclose personal information in accordance with our privacy policy and the Privacy Act 1988.

 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts exercising jurisdiction in South Australia.
